Wildflower & Butterfly walk at Sherburn Hill SSSI 1000-1200, 1300-1500:
Sherburn Hill is a Site of Special Scientific Interest in County Durham, England. It lies just south of the road between the villages of Sherburn and Sherburn Hill, some 5.5 km east of Durham city. A disused quarry occupies part of the site. Contact Keith at Chesterbirder@gmail.com for details

About the Event
2 sessions - 1000-1200, 1300-1500: Contact Keith at Chesterbirder@gmail.com for details. These will be different areas of the hill so if you only can do one then thats fine or do the morning, back to the beginning, have a spot of lunch and help explore the rest of the area. We will meet at the Chapel/Methodist Chruch in Sherburn Hill at 10:00.and will do two different loops returning by the Chapel by 12:15 after the first and starting the second at 13:00. This will allow anybody to do just one or the other or have the whole day with us exploring two seperate areas.
